Windows 10: How to remove App:MEMUSetup

Whenever I scan the system using Windows Defender on 'full scan' I always get a threat notification saying 'App:MEMUSetup' a low level threat is detected. How can I successfully remove this threat from my system as I'm unable to see any option with which I can delete the file nor does it say that the Windows Defender has removed it.

I have scanned the system thrice and thrice the same threat is being detected.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)
