Windows 10: How to remove blue screen from a windows 11insider Dell laptop that failed to boot

Pls help me with decisions on what to do After resetting my Dell latitude e7470 the power source was disconnected and then my laptop went off, after that it went on and started showing a blue screen, anytime I turn on my laptop it keeps on on showing a blue screen.am stranded I don't know what to do,can someone help me

Hi all, Please bear with me as I'm not very computer literate lol!
My daughters laptop (old dell c400) just went to a blue screen when starting up! Anyway,was told to re-load windows disc. However there's no cd drive or floppy drive!
Found an old external floppy drive but don't have windows on floppy!
Also ran diognostics and it passed everything until it came to DST SHORT STATUS TEST,then came up failed! Any suggestions or is it a brick?*Bang Head :banghead:

I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd

I would appreciate if you can provide us the following information to help us understand the issue better.

Are you able to boot to desktop screen?

If not, as of now I would suggest that you perform Power Drain and check if you can return back to your desktop screen. To do so follow the steps below:

• Unplug the charger and remove the battery of your laptop, if using a desktop remove the power cord.
• Press and hold the Power button for 30sec
• Plug the charger/power cord and restart system.
