Windows 10: How to remove card off microsoft wallet?

I try to remove my card off my microsoft wallet, but it won't let me and says i need to update my payment method because its linked to subscription but I don't have it anywhere linked to a subscription for it to do that?

Microsoft Pay (Wallet)

My credit cards are already listed as Microsoft payment options (ie. for apps, subscriptions, products, etc). And both cards were automatically populated in Microsoft Wallet when I was given a choice of what cards I wanted to add.

Everything looks normal but MS Wallet never completes the authorization process. Just continues to list "Authorization in Progress."

 

Unknown Microsoft Wallets?

Been researching this lightly for the last few weeks. Still have not found the exact cause or how to remove the wallets. Still open to suggestions.
