Windows 10: How to remove / change Accent Color in High Contrast

I have Windows 11 - Because of my vision I need High Contrast White on Black Never had an issue with Windows 10. I can change the theme to "Dark Sky" or create my own. Howver the link "Accent Colors" is never available to me even after selecting "normal" default theme. The current color makes it very difficult for me to see the menu bar especially in MS Office & MS Edge not bad in Firefox. Is there a way to change or remove this existing color?

Step 6: Click on "Colors."

Step 7: Under "Choose your color," click on the drop-down menu next to "Selected Text."

Step 8: Select the color that you want to use for the active window.

Step 9: Click on "Apply."

Step 10: Click on "Save" to save your changes.

After following these steps, the active window color should be changed to the color that you selected. Note that some apps may not fully support high contrast mode and may not display the colors that you selected. In such cases, you may need to adjust the color settings within the app itself.
