Windows 10: How to remove Coupert and Capital One pop ups on sites I want to order from.

I joined subscribed? to Coupert, which is supposed to give you points for things you purchase online. I soon found out that if I use Coupert, I won't get my regular points from places like Walmart, Canadian Tire, Temu etc. I unsubscribed and uninstalled but the pop ups are still there all the time. I contacted Coupert, who told me to go to the puzzle icon at the top right and then click on 3 dots and remove the extension that way. I tried that on Google and Firefox but the Coupert name didn't appear so I couldn't remove it. They told me on Edge, to remove it from Favorites. It isn't th
