Windows 10: How to remove existing Windows and Windows Phone Annual Developer Registration?

Have an existing Windows and Windows Phone Annual Developer Registration, is it possible to remove it? I’m unable to see any other options to cancel it when I clicked on the manage button.How would this Windows and Windows Phone Annual Developer Registration affects my user experience? I’m currently not planning to do any development with my account, it was signed up when I was younger when I entered the industry out of curiosity and interest to learn.Hope you can provide the necessary advice on this and if you could. Thank you.

Hello! I have a question regarding Windows and Windows Phone Annual Developer Registration, I need to replace the Debit Card I’m using for the program, if I were to change the payment method for the program would I be charged on the new card?

 

Windows and Windows Phone Annual Develper Registration Subscription taht cannot be removed

I have an old Windows and Windows Phone Annual Develper Registration Subscription that cannot be removed.
It was associated to a credit card that is experied but it does not allow change payment method or remove subscription. Most likly because it does not exists any more. However still cannot remove it.

 

Windows Phone Developer Registration

Hello everybody,
i've sold an used Windows Phone 7.8 and I want to deploy one of my old Windows Phone 7 Apps (developed with XNA Gamestudio).

Everytime I try to get the device registred, I get the issue that the tool "Windows Phone Developer Registration" could not connect to the App Hub and I have to check my Windows Live ID and Password.

I have an valid Windows Phone Developer Account (registred in 2016).

Could you provide me some assistance about this problem, please?
