Windows 10: How to Remove File Broken Link from Uninstall List?

I uninstalled a program using the program's uninstaller, which was successful, but it left its file name in the Windows uninstaller list. When I click "uninstall" to clear it off, I get an error message that the "target file does not exist" and the file name will not remove from the list. So how do I clear this file off of the uninstall list when the program no longer exists?

I've open some file in my skydrive so the link appeared in my office page. But now I've already delete the file from the skydrive storage, but the link in my Office app is still there. When I click the link it just said "Cannot download" but still appears.

If "refresh" doesn't do the job for you, go to Settings > swipe to the Applications screen > Office > tap the "reset Office" button. This will erase any saved Office settings, local files and offline files and restore it to its factory settings. When
you select Office again, the Office data will refresh to your phone, but you'll need to redownload any documents that you want to store locally on your phone. If you've created some Office files on the phone but haven't synced them to SkyDrive, do that before
you press the "reset Office" button or else you might lose them.
