In the new version of Windows 11 there is no setting or even a registry hack that can remove the Focus Assist form the Calendar on the Taskbar, they have not provided a method to do that.

The best option would be to open the Feedback Hub and provide your feedback to the developers there, and ask for that option to be provided in the new version of Windows 11.
