Windows 10: How to remove inactive Work and School account from Windows 10?

As you can see here, there is no remove option next to manage. When I click on manage, it brings me to a web page and prompts me to log in to be able to remove the account. The problem is the account is no longer active, so it is impossible to log in. I do not know what to do.

Remove Deactivated Work Or School Email Account

I have an organizational email account that has been deactivated, current guides online say the following:

"If you need to remove an account from your PC:

1. Select Start > Settings > Accounts > Access work or school .
   
2. Select the account you wish to remove, then select Disconnect
   
   ...."
   

However, the only option presented at this section is "Manage" which forwards me to my organization's page to login. The account has since been deactivated with no way to get to the next step.
I have been getting notifications from my system that "There is a problem with a work or school account click her to fix now" but obviously can't login to remove the account from the system.
Is there a work around to remove the account without logging in?

I understand your concern with Deleting Inactive Work or School Account Email from Windows Settings.

In the same place where you are in the settings, kindly go to "Access work or school" From there, kindly check if there's the Disconnect button when you click the School or Work account? If so, just click it. If there is any error message appear, post back
the screenshot. I included a screenshot for guidance.
