Windows 10: How to remove login from Win 10?

Hello, I have a big problem with win10 login. I have been used auto-login( never require password and netplwiz setting) for many years. Yesterday I changed the password, then auto-login stop working. There are two accounts show on my login screen, and tell me my password is incorrect, I have to enter the password every time. It seems like my computer doesn't know my new password, so it always uses old password to log in. I try to reset password in setting and netplwiz.( It is not actually "reset the password", I just want to tell my computer "this is my new password, you should use this one login now"), but it doesn't work. Could anyone tell me how to get my auto-login work? And I don't know why there are two accounts in my login screen? I want to remove one. Please help me.

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

To disable the Microsoft account login to the system, follow the below steps:
