    How to remove lost phone's authenticator from work Microsoft account?


    Recently lost my phone that has my Microsoft authenticator on it for my work account and I can't seem to find a way to remove it from the account, and my system admin says they can't do anything to help. Any way that I've found will prompt me for the authenticator code to access, which of course I can't do. Please let me know.
