Windows 10: How to remove malware detected? Microsoft safety scanner not being able to remove any...

I'm a student that wants to get into cybersecurity and I was really curious about the viruses on my old computer, so I was using the Microsoft safety scanner to try and eliminate my viruses, My scan results came out saying they removed some viruses but other unwanted software and malware was just detected and partially removed, and while checking the detailed results of the scan, it was a massive list of malware with all the scan results saying "Detected, not removed", how do I remove the malware? I tried using windows defender and doing some full scans and after it done it says I have no vir

which of course is this Zeus b2957e since it is still there. I am a novice compared to most/all of you so I am up for any help/suggestions.

Safety Scanner Detected Unknown Malware and Did Not Remove

Despite taking precautions such as checking URL's and download packages with virustotal.com, I seem to have contracted a piece of malware on my machine. I downloaded the latest version of Safety Scanner and scan results revealed one instance of malware
but it was labeled "unknown" and the scan results state "Detected, not removed". Can anyone recommend another program that can remove or quarantine the infected file(s)?
