Windows 10: How to remove MS error message

Last Saturday I got a windows 10 update, I can not open my psp 17 program and its made for windows 10. I get the R6025 error code, I understand the error is a program not compaitible with windows 10 but this is made for w10 and I have the updates for it, it was working fine until the ms update on 5/6. I have reinstalled it 2 times with the updates and still wont open. I have tried it with and without compatibility mode and still get the error. I have talked to Corel they say its a windows problem not theirs. Here is a pic of the error.

Error msg continues to pop up on start up cannot remove it. Have Malwarebytes program still error keeps coming up.

  Did you make any changes to the pc prior to this issue?

Sign out from the current user account, restart the pc and login to the Admin account or the Microsoft Account to test if that helps with this issue.

Some problems can be fixed by signing out of your account and then signing back in. Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete and select Sign out. Once you’ve signed out, sign back in to your account.

You may boot the computer in a clean boot state and check if the issue persists. When you start Microsoft Windows, typically there are several programs that start automatically and run in the background that may interfere with the system. These programs
may include antivirus and system utility programs. When you perform a clean startup procedure, you prevent these programs from starting automatically.
