Windows 10: How to remove my ex-wife user account and remove the User Security pin?

Hello, I am recently divorced and moved out of the family home. My ex-wife put a user account on my laptop and we are both listed as organisers, she put a user security pin on the laptop to stop the kids from playing games that were not of their age. However, I have been looking into starting a YouTube channel so I tried downloading OBS and it won't let me because of the pin, I have tried to remove the security but it requires the pin.I have even tried to remove her account from the family list but it doesn't give me the option to remove her because she still listed as an organiser. I am attempting to remove my ex-wife off my Family Safety account. I am the owner of the account. She is listed as a Family Organizer. When I tried remove her it tell me toclick on "Remove Consent" for this member under options. When I click on their options it doesn't have this option..

Note: When you want to delete a user account from your computer:

You must be signed in as an administrator to be able to delete a user account.

You will not be able to delete a user account that is currently signed in. You will need to sign out the user first.

Be sure to always have at least one enabled administrator account on the PC to avoid not being able to perform actions that require administrator rights.
