Windows 10: How to remove notification about missing antivirus

McAfee antivirus trial followed with the computer after I set it up a couple of months back. When the trial expired, I decided to uninstall it. However, I keep getting this big blue notification in the middle of the screen saying that antivirus is missing every other day or so. This is extremely disrupting. Under the Virus & threat protection setting there is a setting to manage providers. Here it says my McAfee subscription has expired, even though I uninstalled it, and I see only options to "Open app" and "Renew", not "remove" or similar. Please tell me how to remove the blue notificatio

Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.

Yes me too! Only with my FB app which was already installed when I upgraded to W10. wont load and was removed from my Notification List, I miss getting my messages via notifications, I did all the steps suggested but still nothing

 

Safely Remove Hardware icon missing

In the last few days the 'Safely Remove Hardware' icon has gone missing from my Taskbar. Also, if I right-click on the USB stick or USB hard drive in 'This Computer' the Eject option is missing.
In PC Settings/Personalisation/Taskbar/Notification area/Select which icons appear on the taskbar I have 'Always show all icons in the notification area' switched on & all items in the list are in the 'on' state including 'Windows Explorer (Safely Remove Hardware & Eject Media).
Any suggestions?
