Windows 10: How to remove of "Your File Is Ready To Download" disk image file .iso file

So there is this one disk file I have called "Your File Is Ready To Download". No need to explain, I know what it is. I just don't know how to delete it. File right here.I've looked on the web for ways like using things like Malwarebytes are not working. Or at least I'm probably doing something wrong. When I right click it, it looks like this.Ok, so I can't mount it, but when I click delete, it says this:I am also unable to move the disk or remove any of the disk's contents. Not that it's actually doing much but it's wasting space and looks mildly annoying every time I look in file explorer fo

how the heck do you boot into an iso file?

did you burn this iso to a cd? or does this iso reside on your hdd. because if its on your hard drive, its not going to work. if you have nero or roxio, just burn the disk image to a cd. don't drag the iso file into the create data disk window, you actually have to select burn disk image.

 

Finding .IMG or .ISO file in Windows 8.1 Pro download

Hey guys,

In preparation for my new PC I downloaded Windows 8.1 Pro from Dreamspark, and I wanted to burn it to a DVD, so I can install it on the new PC.
However, in the downloaded files I can't find a .IMG or .ISO file anywhere. I understood that the .IMG file is the one you need to burn to the DVD?

Any suggestions?

hm I used nero and put the iso on there like anything else
ill try your suggestions with the .nrg file I no longer have the .iso (threw away)
