Windows 10: How to remove or cancel my answers.microsoft.com?

One of the my accounts have gotten strange state. Maybe it got inconsistency error by the system and the access is suspended. I cannot use the account, thus I want to cancel or remove the defected account. I have contacted MS support. They did not have access right for answer.microsoft.com stuff. Their suggestion is I need to ask the help in the community by posting. Some moderators may help me. So, let me know how to do it.

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

 

I am trying to cancel an automatic renewal on Answer Desk Assure to no avail !!!

I'm not sure if I'm replying to Rose's or Sangeeta's email, but here is the PROBLEM with the cancellation advice: When I log in to the subscriptions page, there is NO listing for ASSURE. So how can the account be cancelled or the payment information removed?
I've tried talking to support and that has not been productive (might as well talked to the wall).

I tend to agree with the most recent contributor who suggests a class action suit. Because Microsoft has made no real effort to resolve our problem. I wonder how many other people have been ripped off and given the run around?
