Windows 10: How to remove or delete microsoft services from Microsoft account

Some users may accidentally sign in to unwanted Microsoft services, resulting in unwanted sign in information. I would like to know if it is possible to remove or delete unwanted Microsoft services from the Microsoft account.

Meanwhile, we would suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below to unlink your Microsoft business account from Gmail Microsoft account (If Microsoft Business account is linked to Gmail account).

1. Log on to primary
   Microsoft account (Gmail).
   
2. Go to Your Info > Contact Info.
   
3. Click on Manage email address.
   
4. Then try removing secondary account.
