Windows 10: How to remove PIN requirement in windows 10 pro

I have to reinstall windows 10 pro in my PC as custom installation, when setup completed I noted that I need to create either password or PIN to use and access my PC windows, its like Hello screen, why is that and is it new and how can I remove it? I am the only user of my PC as administrator.

Remove sign in pin

• In the search box type sign-in-option.
• Click on the sign-in-option.
• Then you can find password/pin/picture password.
• There you can remove the option and check.
