Windows 10: How to remove previous admin without password or PIN

Acquired this PC from my previous job, when they updated equipment.-Have tried to reset by way of password, PIN I thought might work.-Tried to do a factory reset.-Cannot put myself as primary admin without removing previous admin.-Cannot remove old programs, do updates on previously added programs.Any tricks or tips to do this would be much appreciated

Remove sign in pin

I suggest you to follow the below steps to remove the sign in pin/password options.

• In the search box type sign-in-option.
• Click on the sign-in-option.
• Then you can find password/pin/picture password.
• There you can remove the option and check.

Forgotten PIN and expired password

Thanks for your answer.

I tried steps of both links:

• #1: reset PIN code
  
  • I see no link "reset your PIN"on login page --> I can't reset it
    
• #2: change or reset windows password
  
  • My Windows account is not displayed at all on login page.
    
  • I am using a local account
    

If you have any other suggestion, I would be more than happy to try.
