    Hello Vincent Addante

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

Regarding to your information I assume that the Windows Defender scan a PUA .

Could you provide the screenshot about this problem in Windows Defender?

According to the artcle about the PUA from the Microsoft Learn.

Potentially unwanted applications (PUA) are a category of software that can cause your machine to run slowly, display unexpected ads, or at worst,

install other software that might be unexpected or unwanted. PUA is not considered a virus, malware, or other type of threat, but it might perform

actions on endpoints that adversely affect endpoint performance or use. The term PUA can also refer to an application that has a poor reputation,

as assessed by Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, due to certain kinds of undesirable behavior.

Block potentially unwanted applications with Microsoft Defender Antivirus | Microsoft Learn

And according to the artcle from the Windows Security about the installcore it seems not a virus but it may make you computer become slow.

PUA:Win32/InstallCore threat description - Microsoft Security Intelligence

If you want remove it maybe you can find the path of this files in Windows defender you can try to uninstall the software in that path( If not the

    system path)

If there is anything not clear, please do not hesitate to let me know.

    Best Regards,
