Windows 10: How to remove Speech Recognition On Windows 11?

Every time I launch my laptop or launch something with administration, it keeps showing me this message and running Windows speech recognition, even though I disable run on start-up and disable this.

• Type Speech Recognition in the search bar and select the Speech Recognition from the list.
• Click on the Advanced speech options from the left pane.
