Windows 10: How to remove taskbar glow?

How do I remove the glow from the taskbar when it is hidden? I currently have auto hide task bar enabled but while it is hidden I am still able to see the top outline of the search and the current application.I am using windows 10 home 21H2 build 19044.2251

How to remove an Icon of "eConnect by Harris School Solutions" on my Taskbar

I suggest you to follow the below steps to remove the "eConnect by Harris School Solutions"
from the taskbar and check if it helps.

• Right click on the icon "eConnect by Harris School Solutions".
• Click on “Unpin from Taskbar” the icon will be removed from the taskbar.

  Right click on Taskbar.

  Select properties.
  
• 
  Uncheck the box lock the taskbar and check if it helps.

  And move it to the top or right or left of the screen.

Some App Notifications Not Glowing on Taskbar

I have a couple of apps on my computer that are acting weird. Facebook Messenger and Telegram. Both of them get the little red badge with the number of unread messages, but neither flash/glow yellow or cause the taskbar to unhide, which makes it very easy to miss messages. I get the glow and unhide for other apps, just not these. Messenger was downloaded from the Microsoft store and is saved to my local machine. However, I downloaded the mobile (moveable, not cell) version of Telegram to a flash drive and run it from there since it takes up so much room and was causing my personal photos to be downloaded to my employer's server. When I was using the locally saved version of Telegram, I got the glow and the taskbar would unhide, but not on this version. No clue why Messenger would have this problem though since it was downloaded from the store. Is there somewhere that I can edit a setting so that the glow will come back and the taskbar will unhide when I have an unread message? I don't have administrator access, but depending on what the fix is, I may be able to get someone in IT to remote in and do the thing.
