Windows 10: How to remove the Canadian Multilingual Standard Keyboard when adding a French Canada...

I have a Lenovo ThinkPad T430 that is supplied by the school. Without the French Canada language pack, it only gives me two keyboards, a US keyboard and a Canadian French keyboard. But, when I add the French Canada language, it adds a third keyboard, which is Canadian Multilingual Standard Keyboard. • Are you getting an error message as you try to switch to Canadian Multilingual Standard?
• Have you tried removing and adding back the Canadian Multilingual Standard layout?
• Is this also happening on a different user account?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

How to remove the Canadian Multilingual Standard Keyboard when adding a French (Canada) language pack?

I am facing a problem when adding a language pack to Windows. Without the French (Canada) language pack, it only gives me a Canadian French keyboard. But, when I add the French (Canada) language pack, it adds a Canadian Multilingual Standard Keyboard. How do I remove this?

(Note that this computer is a Lenovo ThinkPad T430 supplied by the school)

French Canadian language keyboard

13-Oct-22 - Win 11 update 22H2 22621.674 did not repair the Canadian French keyboard. Still displays Canadian Intermediate on the soft keyboard, but keys pressed on both the soft and hard keyboards match that of the Canadian Bilingual keyboard.

Reviewing: The Canadian Bilingual keyboard was the first official French and English keyboard of Canada. The Canadian Intermediate keyboard is the precursor of the Canadian Multilingual keyboard.

Deficiencies of the Canadian Bilingual keyboard, the one active in Windows 11, is that the only French letter with its own dedicated key is é; è and even ç are available only by dead keys on the Canadian Bilingual keyboard. The Canadian Intermediate keyboard addresses that, and the Canadian Multilingual keyboard goes even further.

All of these keyboards were available in Windows 10. Only Canadian Bilingual is available now, and then, is incorrectly labeled - especially on the soft (on screen) keyboard.
