Windows 10: How to remove the Caps lock on/off notification in Windows 10

Hello,All of a sudden I started getting this pop up everytime I turn on/off caps lock key. At first I thought it was the Logitech Options app but after uninstalling it kept showing.It seems to be from windows itself and I've tried several tutorials but none seem to work, plus, it seems to be a different pop up image than in most tutorials.Note: When cursor is focused in Task Manager it does not show this notification.

If the previous steps did not apply to your scenario, you may turn off the caps lock notification by deselecting a service in
System Configuration called QLC Controller Service. Below are the steps to do so:

• Press Windows + R on your keyboard.
• Type msconfig in the Run box.
  
• Go to Startup or Services tab.
• End or uncheck the QLC Controller service.
• Restart your computer for the changes to take effect.
