Windows 10: How to remove the double arrow from image preview

Hi everyone, I have some weird double arrow icon on files like images and documents. Microsoft support could not find the cause and not even in Google images search I could not find anything similar. The issue started from the first time I switched on the terminal after the purchase and persists with another user which I have created for the purpose. It doesn't matter what app I use to open the files, looks like it's just an annoying preview icon.Thanks for help

DOUBLE BLUE ARROWS

I saw several answers to the issue of having double blue arrows on pictures. As I understand it, its because of NORTON 360 needing to do a back up. However, I do NOT want these to be backed up (this also assumes to a cloud or server and not on my PC).
Is there a way to have the arrows removed without a backup?

No, the Details pane shows the details of the currently selected image. So you just left-click on each one in turn to see its details, or you could select the first one then use the arrow keys to step through the list of images.
