Windows 10: How to remove the file opener

I installed some Sims 4 mods which are package files. I accidentally clicked on "always open with" Internet Explorer. I am not sure how to remove it completely or find a different application that will open the files because when I click on it, it says that the file is corrupted, so any mods that are installed won't open at all.Screenshot

Simply, HOW? I got the DDS plugin but the POS wont open DDS files still. Can someone give me a step-by-step rundown of how to install the DDS plugin for gimp so I know if I'm missing something?

 

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

or just open regedit and remove all the fileX from that key.
