Windows 10: How to remove the pin i never set from my xbox one wireless bluetooth controller?

I installed Windows 11 yesterday and I have never had this problem until today. My controller died while it was on bluetooth, so I added more batteries and tried to reconnect it to bluetooth, but it told me to enter a pin all of a sudden when I have never had to before. I tried the two main pins I would use if I were to enter a pin, but it didn't work, so I used more common pins like 0000, 1111, 1234, and 00000. Those are pins that I've seen other people say work, but it didn't. My controller was paired before downloading Windows 11 so I haven't had to connect it. How can I remove this pin so

XBOX Wireless Controller - Enter the PIN for XBOX Wireless Controller

My XBOX Wireless controller was connecting fine over Bluetooth until 21/12/2017. But on 22/12/2017 when i tried to connect, it is presenting the screen asking to enter PIN. This was not the case earlier and i do not know which PIN to enter.

The Bluetooth drivers seems to be pretty much updated.

Please suggest on this issue as it is really irritating not able to connect my wireless controllers to Windows 10.
