Windows 10: How to remove the "recommended for you" options

HI, I'm trying to remove the "recommended for you" options that pop up when you click in the search bar, after clicking the start button. Note, I don't mean the 'recommended' section that appears under the pinned apps, but "recommended for you" that pops up when you click in the search bar. I don't want "You modified Policy Register" etc showing up. Many thanks :

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

How can I remove the option to eject SATA drive from the Windows 10 tray icon

I suggest you to follow the steps and check if it helps:

• Right click on the taskbar>>select properties.
• Choose customize option>>settings window pops up.
• Find select which option appear on taskbar option and click on it.
• Switch off the option safely remove hardware and eject media.
