Windows 10: how to remove these device

Discus and support how to remove these device in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; For some reasons these bluetooth device keep showing up although i dont turn it on.     how to remove these device


    For some reasons these bluetooth device keep showing up although i dont turn it on. I try remove all bluetooth device, reinstall window, uninstall and then install bluetooth but it just dont work
