While trying to update my Cyberlink WebCam virtual driver, I keep getting the same response, which is Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that
is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source. (Code 52)

I have an HP 15" laptop that I recently upgraded with Windows 10. Since I have no clue what is going on. I had no such problem before I installed Windows 10. I wanted to uninstall 10 completely and go back to 8.1, however that proved fruitless, so I had
to go back to 10.

Code 52: This error may occur when the driver for the device is either unsigned or corrupt.

I would suggest you follow the steps below and see if it helps.

• Press Windows key + X key and click
  Device Manager.
• Expand the Imaging Devices.
• Right-click on the Webcam Driver and click on
  Uninstall.
• Restart the computer. Windows will automatically detect drivers and install them.

However, if this doesn't work go to the Manufacturer's website and download drivers to your system.

cant turn on memory integrity due to incompatible cyberlink webcam virtual driver

After having an windows update I got a security msg for device security and a suggestion to turn on memory integrity. As per suggestion I tried to turn on memory integrity but it shows msg that my pc got incompatible driver so it cant be turned on. Scanning further for incompatible device. I got the option that my Cyberlink Webcam Virtual Driver is incompatible. Actually I never had to use this app before and didn't bother to open. For the first time today I checked the app properly and while checking compatibility option I was surprise to find that its only compatible up to windows 8 while my PC is currently running on windows 11.

I searched further to check if I can find any updated version for the app but failed to do so. As I don't use Cybelink Youcam much so I was thinking of uninstalling it.

Anyone have better suggestion on the issue? Will uninstalling the particular app resolve the problem or cause any further issue?
