    How to remove Update kbid=4559309?

For some reason Microsoft is calling this update kbid=4559309 an essential update and it cannot be uninstalled from Control Panel or cmd line. I've tried several times. The error is along the lines of this is an essential update and cannot be installed. Yet all it describes this update as is "Microsoft Edge Update..."

I already uninstalled Edge off this machine when I was setting up Windows. I DO NOT want Edge, nor consent to this update. In my update settings, I specifically turned OFF the feature "Receive updates for other Microsoft products when you update Windows" so that this wouldn't happen.

Edge CANNOT be uninstalled via uninstall apps, nor can it be uninstalled from the Power Shell command line.

I don't understand why this awful app is being forced upon us. I have zero interest in having this app on my PC. I should have full control over the apps that are installed, even from Windows. It's ridiculous that this is impossible to uninstall.

What am I missing? How can I FULLY REMOVE Edge from my PC?

    :)
