    Hello, I posted this question earlier and someone told me that the apps with coloured backgrounds are UWP apps, apps from microsoft background. That was very helpful but I honestly didnt find anything ever after searching for hours. I just want to get rid of this stupid background so my shortcuts can be all niceI am running Windows 11 and I use darkmodeIve tried searching in settings and youtube for an answer but i cant find anything and its been hours, like the whole dayWhen i went on settings>personalisation>themes and went to Desktop icon settings. I turned off 'allow themes to chang

    Background colour!

    There isn't such a thing as custom colour in Windows 10 - and if you search it, you just get directed to themes, which has nothing to do with background colour.
