Windows 10: How to remove website link on desktop

I have a website link that is on my desktop and I can't get it off...How can I get this off??? I've tried just about everything and nothing is working. I use the latest version of Firefox and peeked into the Registry Edit to see if there was something there but I found nothing. didn't do anything but look aroundHELP!!!!!!!!

I suggest you to follow the below steps to create a Desktop shortcut for the website on Windows 10.

• Launch Internet Explorer and go to the website.
• From Menu tab click on File.
• Select Send and choose Shortcut to desktop.

Remove account
