Windows 10: How to remove window borders on windows 11?

There is a 1 pixel thick border around my windows in windows 11 that is very noticeable on darker programs like discord that i would like to remove. I've had third party programs recommended to me that are outdated or made for an entirely different aspect of customization. Are there any commands or keys in the registry that I can edit?

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
