    How to remove Windows Logon Screen Password on windows 10?


    I have signed in with my MS account so that I can only use it for MS Store. I have already made below changes:1. Settings - Sign-in-options - Requires sign-in option set to Never.2. Windows PIN is also removed3. After following this command - netplwiz - I have unchecked the box next to the user name & password to use for this computer. But after doing all these things, Whenever I start the laptop, again & again It asks for a Windows Password.What should I do, I don't want every time to enter the password after starting the laptop as I only use the laptop.

    went to control panel user accounts and there is no longer a ' remove password ' option as with windows 7

    i changed the settings to ' not require a password on logon' but made no difference at all

    it now boots saying password wrong, until I enter a password then all ok...

    MS suggest adding a new account and logging in with that without a password then deleting the old one.....

    does not not work as the add account is greyed out.

    cant see why this is so difficult..

    as as a side issue since trying to remove the windows logon password I am now presented on boot up with an OS choice wi cows 10 or 7.... I am certain this wasn't there before..

    any my help would be appreciated

    Hello everyone!

    So, i've updated my PC to Windows 10 and i have a little problem.

    Anyone knows how to auto-logon without asking for password using Hotmail/MS Account? I i've already tried the trick using "netplwiz" from Windows 8 wich always worked totally, and in Win10 it just does not work, it keeps asking me for password...

    Anyone knows how to bypass this without having to create a local account?
