Windows 10: How to rename Personal Folder in Windows 11?

Hi,On windows 11, when installing the windows 11 operating system, it is mandatory to log in to your microsoft account online, so the name of the user folder folder is no longer exactly the same as on windows 10. I have tried many ways but if I customize it with regedit, There will be some other software errors when installing. I think in windows 11 should allow users to set offline accounts like on windows10. How can I do renaming it on window11? looking forward to everyone's help. Sincere thanks!

  Change. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
• Type the name of the person that you want to give ownership to, and then click

• If you want this person to be the owner of the files and subfolders that are contained in this folder, select the
  Replace owner on subcontainers and objects check box.
• Click OK.
