Windows 10: how to reopen browser tabs and windows with one click

Windows 20H2 (OS Build 19042.844)


Earlier there was a Windows update and when Edge was reopened the previously viewed history was no longer displayed.

Then after multiple Edge windows and tabs were open there was an Edge crash.

Upon reopening Edge the webpage displayed:

Code:

The history was not displayed with numbers.
Instead each individual webpage was displayed.


1) How do you reopen Edge browser history after a Windows upgrade.......or is it always deleted during the windows update / upgrade?

2) How do you reopen Edge browser history as one click when it displays each individual webpage in rows?

3) Please indicate whether the method is the same or different for Chrome. Often it displays wepages opened by date. How can all be opened with one click?

4) For Firefox it is typically a one click method.....anything unusual expected during windows updates or browser updates or crashes?

Browser Tab Crashing

Edge has problem with reopenning last tabs

Since update 1511 Edge starts to lose list of "Last opened pages" (or browsing sessions or last opened tab...don't know exactly the name of the function) and open only blank page or topsites - depends on settings. Usually it reopens without PC restart. And
usually it doesn't reopen after PC restart. BUT as I said... usually Before update 1511 it was working well. I have switched from IE to Edge especially because of disappearing "Last opened" list in IE :-( and now there is same problem in Edge :-(

Any solution?

Reopening all Microsoft Edge windows and tabs after reboot

Microsoft Edge browser was reopening many windows and tabs over the past week whenever there was a reboot. On the last reboot it failed to open all of the windows and tabs.
Control + shift + tab failed to open the web pages.
What is the method to view the history and have it open many windows and tabs at one time instead of opening them one by one?
