I tried reinstalling both keyboard and camera drivers, and updated Bios.

Laptop F1-F12 keys often have extra functionality, so there is usually an Fn key between the Ctrl and Alt keys on the keyboard.

You can try the following steps

1. Try Fn+F10

Do you have an external keyboard that you can use? You can try to see if the F10 external keyboard works. This will help to test if the F10 key on your laptop is damaged.

In addition, I found the BIOS firmware package for your laptop model. You can try to update the BIOS to see if you can solve the key problem. Usually the BIOS firmware package includes the keyboard driver for the laptop.
