Windows 10: how to repair keyboard

keyboard is not working sometimes it dont work and mouse cursor also perform different function so plz fix this issue and provide tool to clean my c drive what happen if i run windows 11 in intel core i3 7020 Uis it run propery

  Are you suing wired or wireless keyboard?
  

If you are using wireless mouse and keyboard this devices will not work on startup repair environment. I would suggest you to use external wired keyboard and mouse and check if it work.

Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

 

Keyboard problem in Windows 10

I suggest you to check if the issue persists when you connect another keyboard to your system.

If the issue is with the keyboard, then suggest you to update the keyboard drivers by following the steps below.

• 
  Press Windows key + X and select
  Device Manager from the list.
  
• 
  Expand ‘Keyboard’ from the list.
  
• 
  Right click on the driver and select ‘update driver software’ and follow the prompts.
