MULTIPLE_IRP_COMLETE_REQUESTS BSOD on Wake from Sleep

I don't believe a powered USB hub would cause the crash.

If you search the string of your error (USBXHCI!Isoch_Transfer_CompleteCancelable)
and look through some of the links the culprit in many will be software (driver) :

    Hi Raner.

Did you run sfc /scannow to see if it reported any corruption?

In addition to the above open administrative command prompt and type:
    Dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
Report into the thread the results of the sfc and the dism commands.
Open device manager > click view > show hidden devices > expand USB controllers > on each row right click then left click properties > left click driver tab > left click driver details
When you find the driver > update and or scan for hardware changes

Look in your BIOS and make sure USB XHCI is enabled...

How to repair USBXHCI driver not loading... [IMG]

I believe it needs to be enabled for USB 3.0 devices. See this thread - What does XHCI hand-off mean? - [Solved] - Motherboards

That said, make sure you have your motherboard's SATA drivers installed for the controller. Probably ASMedia SATA driver.

It would be much easier to follow my suggestion first. Doesn't take much time, simple, Faster. If that doesn't work, than try the above. Start with easy and move from there with an OS reinstall being last resort.

This is not an OS reinstall. You should not lose any files or applications.
The missing file may be able to be repaired by other DISM commands:
Use DISM to Repair Windows 10 Image Performance Maintenance Tutorials
The in place upgrade is relatively easy.
It can be done with or without a bootable windows 10 iso.
It can be performed directly from the Microsoft web site.
The USB method is preferred as it allows you to use the USB to fix most computers that can't boot.

Make sure you do not click on install as this is the method to perform a clean install (delete partitions, format, make an unallocated drive, reinstall windows.
Instead look in the left lower corner and click "repair your computer"

    Hi sygnus21...
    Bios setting are good...
I have a asrock motherboard so I'll have to find out if they have an update for SATA drivers...
The thing is this problem started all of a sudden a couple of days ago, Never had this problem before...

I know it's not an OS install, it's still more complicated than simply checking for a driver. That was my point. Start with the simple, move from there. The OP said they checked the BIOS and all was good, so now they're checking for a driver. That said, I might add they probably need to check for motherboard drivers as well first. If all else fails, totally agree... repair install first, if the problem persists, perhaps a fresh (clean) install.

This is a log collector that we use in the bsod forum. It will collect numerous files automatically. After it collects the files post a zip into the thread. It will have the event logs, msinfo32, drivers, dxdiag, etc. for troubleshooting.
