  1. How to replace/remove Administrator on W10 system

Laptop Dell XPS 1330, i7, Windows 10 is transferred from Administrator ‘A’ to spouse in a divorce. All the data on the system are the work of spouse, but are shown as the property of ‘A’. Spouse creates Administrator ‘B’ account, logs in as such, also logging into ‘B’s Microsoft account, and wants to remove all traces of ‘A’ from the computer, but doesn’t have ‘A’s login password, and is warned that removing ‘A’ will also remove ‘A’s data again, data is the work of spouse ‘B’. How can spouse ‘B’ remove ‘A’s Administrator account while retaining all data? Also, will all data saved to MS One

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:
    1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
    2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

Can I safely remove Administrators, Authenticated Users, System, Users

Make a system image then try it and see how it behaves.

Given that you are so safety conscious that you blocked out part of your computer name in your diagram, why are you even considering this extraordinary step? In other words, what benefit do you hope to gain?

If this is something about setting up a home network then I'd suggest, at most, sharing your C:\Users\YourUserName folder instead of the whole drive.

    All the best,
    Denis
