Windows 10: how to report a scam

I was working on my computer and my screen seemed to shut down with a warning about a hacker/scam that corrupted my computer. It looked legitimate. I called the number it told me to call and got what I thought was a real microsoft investigator. I feel for it for a while but then realized it couldn't be real after going through processes they were controlling. I have notified my back and changed passwords on accounts I "checked" for them. The number that called me was 256-615-4156 and the name of the person was Christine Jones mso619. So far I haven't had any issues but wanted to notify you.
