Windows 10: How to report FALSE Positive ?

I have my own application created by me which created 10 year ago, been using it with no issue.but recently Microsoft Defender trigger it as Trojon which is FALSE POSITIVE but as personal MS user, i don't seem like able to FIND way to report FALSE positive.I know i can whitelist it but we have 9000 community USER which not everyone know how to whitelist.

JASC PaintShop Pro 8 - False Positive?

All of the tests on VirusTotal showed it as clear of this Trojan. The software manufacturer JASC has not existed for several years. I reported it as a false positive to Microsoft as advised. I have had no response from Microsoft. Will Microsoft be updating
Defender so that it this file is not listed as a 'severe threat'?

 

Possible False Positive?

Quite possible that it is a false positive. There are reports of WD Flagging as malware which in turn it is not.
