Windows 10: How to reset BIOS menu and UEFI settings and re-install Windows 10

I have an ASUS TUF-Gaming FX504, with 1TB HDD and 500GB SSD. I want to clear the BIOS bootup menu, get the default settings up, and make the UEFI settings to default. I'm willing to format my SSD too(not HDD, since it has my required files; SSD for OS and HDD for data)

The actual problem is the BIOS menu. Though I go to the UEFI firmware settings and delete the unwanted boot options, nothing changes. I still get all the boot options for all the previous OSes I've installed, though only Windows 10 is existing in the SSD.

To be precise, I want my machine to look exactly the same as when I purchased it : with fast and secured boots, no dual boot options listed if I press ESC while starting and a fresh new Windows 10.

Trouble installing windows 7 on RAID in UEFI

As the title says, I'm trying to install Windows on a RAID array in uefi on my Maximus V Formula. When using legacy ROM I can install just fine but I go into CSM and change settings to UEFI only, I can build the array in the UEFI Raid driver (IRST tab in "BIOS") but the array does not show up in the boot menu and when I try to install windows (boot from UEFI DVD drive), The drive does not show up in the Windows install. The next thing I tried was to enable UEFI and legacy oprom in CSM, boot from UEFI DVD drive and install to the RAID array (probably detected by legacy oprom) and it will install. After first reboot, Windows Boot manager will show up as an option in the BIOS boot menu so I set that as first boot device and reboot. I will get to the starting windows screen and then BSOD (too quick to get codes) The last thing I tried was Changing to legacy mode and installing windows to a different drive. once installed, I initialized the Raid array as GPT and rebooted, changed csm back to UEFI only but they RAID array still doesn't show in the boot device list so I repeated the earlier process hoping that It might work because I had initialized as GPT but it still BSODs on starting windows screen. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

I think you were on track with your first try. Windows installer probably needs the RAID driver in order to detect it on install.

Thanks for the reply. I've attached 2 Jpegs depicting the boot options section of the Bios setup utility (I hope they are readable). What bothers me is that there are 3 Windows Boot Manager entries in the selection list and only one of them (the highlighted one in the list) actually boots into Windows. The other two (entries 1 & 4 in the list) just hang the PC after exiting Bios setup. If you look at the 'Delete Boot Option' page, there are 3 'Windows Boot Manager' entries. When I try to override the boot options by choosing the SSD (VK0480GEMQR), the PC hangs after Bios setup exit.
