Windows 10: How to reset Ease of Access button on lock screen to original settings?

Hi,I've had an issue where I couldn't sign in. For some reason windows would state that PIN doesn't work and wouldn't give me a different method to login so I replaced the utilman.exe with CMD. I have copied it to a different file name maybe it was utilman.exe.bak or utilman2.exe. Nevertheless, I cannot remember the new name of the file.Now the problem is solved and I'm able to log in again & the Accessibility button on the lock screen always brings up CMD. How may I return it to it's original state?All the help is appreciated.

i want to disable the ease of access button in the lock screen. i found a solution online for windows 8 but it didn't work for windows 10.

i have copied the procedure i found for windows 8. can you help me for windows 10.?

• Navigate to C:\Windows\System32
• Find UTILMAN.EXE
• Right Click, then Properties
• Security, Advanced, Permissions (Continue)
• Change the owner at the top from "TrustedInstaller" to "Administrators" (ensure you have and Administrator account)
• Add a permission, and then click Select a "Principal"
• Type in "Everyone", Check Names, then OK
• Change type to "Deny" and "Full Control"
• Click OK, then Log Out.

It can be disabled with adverse effects!
To remove it would probably cause worse adverse effects!
