How do I factory reset from support assist and on-board diagnostic for Dell G15 5515 after getting out of bitlocker? Says "No Bootable Device" and has a button that says "shutdown"

• Were there any changes made on your computer prior to the issue (e.g., updates, software installation)?
• Are you getting any error messages? If yes, what is the exact error message?
• To make sure that we have not missed on anything, what troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
