Windows 10: How to reset my computer from the login screen??

I accidently deleted laptop profile file, once I logged out, I couldn't login again, and when I tried to login it said wrong password. Once I pressed reset password it said " this feature requires removeable medica such as... ". I tried to reset my PC but it didnt give me a option to reset my computer. I also put my computer on safe mode command prompt , thinking it was going to do something now it says "administrator: your account has been disabled. Please see your system administrator. ".. please help!

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

Ok, let the powershell command run overnight
If the command didn't solve the problem, the try these steps in order:

1. Disable superfetch service
   • Empty the following folder c:\Windows\Prefetch\
   • Restart the computer
   • Si ça ne marche pas, passer à l'étape 2;
2. Disable the AppXSvc from the registry: change the "Start" key value from 3 to 4 (see the screenshot)

Check Way 3: Lock computer in Screen Saver Settings.
Step 1: Type lock computer in the search box on taskbar and choose Lock the computer when I leave it alone for a period of time.
Step 2: In the Screen Saver Settings dialog, choose On resume, display logon screen and hit OK.
Is “On resume, display log on screen” checked?
