Windows 10: HOW TO RESET MY PASSWORD FOR MAIN ACCOUNT ON WIDOWS 8.1

I am using Windows 8.1. I have two local accounts. One main and the other I created later on. I have forgotten the password to my main account and i have been using my other account for a while. I tried resetting the password for my main account but it needs a flash drive with backup or something like that, which i do not have. Thanks for the reply, but it does not help me. The website does not proceed past step 4. After entering the security code, the website does not proceed to step 5. It does not give an error message, it simply greys out the next and cancel buttons and hangs
indefinitely.
