    How to reset pasword to MS account ?


    Hello All,My phone got flooded... my authenticator account get lost...To restore auth app, need to login to MS, but i cant... As when i recover password its faild.During recover i see 4 options:- auth app- email code- phone codeand when i choose "i have no access...."-then i can use hash recovery code.Problem is, when i choose emai code, i get it on email, but later it ask for 2nd option to authenticate, and here i can choose only AUTH APP or Phone,so i choose phone, then i get msg that this option dosent work now....I also tried by hash code, it move me only once to enter new password, but w

    MS account lockout. Unable to reset.

    I am locked out of my MS account. All directions point to conventional reset help / support page requiring text verification code to reset. Problem is, I am in a rural locale (no cell service .. no texting) so unable to use that method. No other reset method appears to be available.

    It is impossible to get help from MS so am VERY grateful to have found this support forum. Hope someone can help. (In any case) thanks (in advance) for suggestions.
